Our Story
From Humble Beginnings to National Recognition
Elevate Business Coaching began in 2008 when founders Rajiv Sharma and Ananya Patel identified a critical gap in India's rapidly evolving business landscape. Both seasoned executives with experience in multinational corporations, they recognized that while Indian businesses were growing at unprecedented rates, leadership development wasn't keeping pace with operational expansion.
Starting with just three clients in a small office in Gurgaon, Elevate focused on delivering personalized executive coaching that blended global best practices with deep understanding of India's unique business context. Our approach resonated with ambitious leaders, and by 2012, we had expanded to Mumbai and Bangalore.
The 2015 launch of our Leadership Research Institute marked a turning point, as we began publishing India-specific leadership studies that gained national attention. Today, with offices in 12 cities across India and a team of over 40 expert coaches, we've worked with more than 500 organizations ranging from startups to established conglomerates, all while maintaining our founding commitment to transformative, culturally intelligent coaching.

Rajiv Sharma
Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of leadership experience across Tata Group and McKinsey, Rajiv brings deep insights into organizational transformation and strategic leadership. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and is a certified executive coach from the International Coaching Federation.
Ananya Patel
Co-founder & Research Director
Ananya leads our Leadership Research Institute and has pioneered studies on emerging leadership paradigms in India. Previously heading HR for Hindustan Unilever, she combines academic rigor with practical wisdom. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University.
Vikram Mehta
Head of Executive Coaching
Vikram brings extensive experience from his previous roles as CEO of a technology startup and Regional Director at Infosys. Specializing in digital leadership and innovation, he has coached over 200 C-suite executives across India. He holds an engineering degree from IIT Bombay and an MBA from ISB Hyderabad.
Priya Deshmukh
Leadership Development Specialist
Priya specializes in designing and delivering our flagship leadership development programs. With a background in organizational development at Deloitte and Asian Paints, she brings expertise in building leadership pipelines and succession planning. Priya holds a Master's in Organizational Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur.
